Joginder Pal is an Indian politician who hails from the state of Punjab and belongs to Indian National Congress (INC). He was the MLA for Bhoa (SC) constituency in Punjab Legislative Assembly from 2017 till 2022. He had won the seat in the assembly elections of 2017 held in Punjab but lost in 2022 to AAP’s Lal Chand Kataruchak.
