Thekedar Madan Lal Jalalpur is a politician from Punjab state of India who belongs to Indian National Congress (INC) party. He has served in the Punjab Legislative Assembly as a member of the Ghanaur Assembly constituency from 2017 to 2022 after securing victory in the election held in 2017. He lost the 2022 elections from Ghanaur to Aam Admi Party's (AAP) Gurlal Ghanaur.
