Rajpal Singh Baliyan is an Indian political figure from the state of Uttar Pradesh who is also the senior leader of the Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD). He serves as the representative of the Budhana Assembly constituency in Muzaffarnagar district and has been elected as member of Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly in 2022 Assembly Election, receiving 1,31,093 votes defeating BJP candidate Umesh Malik by 28,310 votes.
