Chandrapal Singh is a leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and is a Member of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly representing Debai of Bulandshahr. He won the Assembly election in 2022. He has been active in agriculture, dairying, and small industries. He has also been engaged in social work in the area.
