Shuvam Devgan

Shuvam Devgan is an Indian politician and a youth leader. He is currently serving as State President of the Punjab Youth Congress, having been elected to the position in June 2026. He has risen through the ranks of grassroots politics and known for his strong connect with everyday citizens.

Early Life & Education

Shuvam holds a Bachelors of accounting, Accounting and Finance degree, which he attained from Victoria University, Australia, in 2018. During his study abroad years, he served as former President of the student union at Victoria university, in addition to being the former President of the Indian Overseas Youth Congress, Australia.

Political Career

Shuvam Devgan is an Indian politician who is the current State President of the Punjab Youth Congress. He was elected to the position in June 2026, following a massive win over rival Gagandeep Singh. Shuvam secured over 1,60,154 votes in the organizational election.

Previously, he served as General Secretary of the Punjab Youth Congress.
